Last night was the first pre-season game for the Miami Heat. I normally don’t watch pre season games but I thought I would check out all the new players in a Heat uniform. I am still in denial that the Miami Heat was able to acquire LeBron James, Chris Bosh, and Dwayne Wade. But it is true. It was nice to see LeBron in a Heat jersey. Wade ended up leaving early in the first quarter due to a pulled hamstring. I rather have him out for the pre season rather than the regular season.
Even though Wade had an early night LeBron James and Chris Bosh still performed well against the Detroit Pistons. Bosh had 20 points on 8-for-13 shooting. James, the NBA’s two-time reigning MVP added 18, and the Heat weren’t challenged after running out to a 20-point lead by halftime. Udonis Haslem added 14 points and 13 rebounds for the Heat. “I like the fact that we got better tonight,” James said. “We didn’t waste an opportunity to get better. That’s what it’s about.”
Miami is already filled with dozens of celebrities and since the 3 kings are now here the American Airlines Arena filled up with starts such has Gloria Estefan, and Flo-Rida. I can’t wait to see who else will be showing up at the games.This is the only the start and I can’t wait to see what the rest of the team will do for the season. I am so excited for basketball to start! I am just hoping that it is not too good to be true and I hope no one gets hurt!! Let’s GO HEAT!!!

I was a big fan of lebron in cleaveland. I am having a tough time watching him on the heat…his biggest issue is he tries to do way too much
